Egypt and New Zealand scored a 1-1 draw, on Sunday afternoon, delaying their aspirations to progress in the competition.

New Zealand entered better at the game in Old Trafford, with Christopher Wood opening the score in the 17th minute.

However, the Egyptians equalised the score to 1-1, thanks to Mohamed Salah’s effort, just five minutes before halftime.
