Chelsea have not willing to give up signing FC Porto's talisman, Hulk, even though they face tough competition from other millionaire teams like Anzhi, who are also eyeing the Brazilian attacker, it has been reported.

According to the Daily Mail, the Stamford Bridge outfit are not prepared to pay Hulk's buyout clause of £83m (€100m).

However, the same reports also suggest that the Portuguese side could be open to negotiation talks regarding that same fee, as they could lower the 25-year-old star's buyout clause.
