Chelsea are plotting an £84m bid for both Cristiano Ronaldo and Gonzalo Higuaín, as they are trying to sign the two Real Madrid stars this summer, it has been reported.

According to The Telegraph, the Blues are preparing their target list for next season, and the two merengues' gems are said to be their top priorities.

Therefore, both Cristiano Ronaldo and Gonzalo Higuaín are believed to be Roman Abramovich's most recent targets, who is presumably willing to pay a total of £84m (€100m) to bring the two players to London.

The same reports also suggest that in case the Stamford Bridge side fail to sign the galacticos playmakers, their plan B is to sign Lavezzi and Cavani, who have stood out this season, at the service of Napoli.

Therefore, Chelsea are said to be willing to pay a fee of approximately £58m for the two Serie A players, who could be arriving at the Stamford Bridge already this summer.
